Reggae Boy Hutchinson makes EPL debut for Chelsea
Young Reggae Boy, Omari Hutchinson, made his English Premier League debut on Thursday for London-based club Chelsea in a 1-0 defeat to defending champions, Manchester City.
The 19-year-old came on as a substitute in the 68th minute, replacing Gabonese international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Aubameyang had earlier replaced Jamaican-born winger Raheem Sterling who picked up an injury early in the game.
The London-born Hutchinson last summer made the controversial switch from direct rivals Arsenal to Chelsea reportedly due to speculation of management’s reluctance to give him a berth in the Arsenal first team.
