Manchester City to face Oxford or Arsenal in FA Cup fourth round
LONDON, United Kingdom (AFP)— Manchester City will be at home to either Oxford or Arsenal in the fourth round of the FA Cup after sweeping aside Premier League rivals Chelsea 4-0 on Sunday.
