Dancehall artiste Spice sent her social media into a frenzy on Tuesday after posting a photo with what appeared to be a baby bump to her social media pages.

The mother of two, wearing her signature blue and holding a blue pram, cradled her protruding stomach in the photo captioned: “God has been so good to me.”

The post on Instagram has amassed over 9,000 comments in 30 minutes.

Many of her followers have been sending congratulatory messages and well wishes.

The artiste, given name Grace Hamilton, experienced a health scare last October. A few weeks later, she explained that she had developed sepsis after suffering a damaged hernia.

“Thank you Jesus for saving my life. Hey, besties I’m in a better space today to properly update you on my current health situation. I suffered a damage hernia a few days ago that sent my body into sepsis, as a result I was rushed to the hospital for immediate surgery,” she had posted.

Spice has been relatively quiet on the musical scene and had stated that she was taking a break from social media.
