Sloley wins 100m in Italy
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Krystal Sloley won the women’s 100m at Wednesday’s 34th Meeting Arcobaleno Atletica in Italy, running 11.53 seconds (-1.0m/s).
Sloley, who failed to complete her first round race in the recent Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) National Championships at the National Stadium, had run a career best 11.41 seconds at another meet in Italy last weekend.
Tia Clayton was second in 11.57 seconds.
Malik James King was third in the men’s 400m with 46.55 seconds, while Aubrey Allen was fourth in the men’s long jump with 7.45m (-0.2m/s).
