Red Stripe expands its employee assistance programme
IN an initiative that underscores its commitment to employees and Jamaica’s future, Red Stripe has extended the scope of its Employee Children Assistance and Development Fund to encompass students enrolled in primary-level education institutions.
The programme is rooted in the company’s strategic plan, “Care for People”, and the expansion signals Red Stripe’s role in cultivating potential across generations.
The fund’s beneficiaries are biological and non-biological children of the company’s permanent employees. In addition to the expansion to include primary education, the fund will make a bonus award of a Samsung tablet to the top-performing PEP student whose parent is a Red Stripe employee.
The fund’s expansion closely follows Red Stripe’s mission to secure the welfare of its employees and their families. At its core the programme is geared towards increasing employee satisfaction and ensuring that the company looks out for the well-being of the whole worker.
