Rude Bwoy Rum signs exclusive two-year bar concession deal with Miami Carnival

MIAMI, Florida— Rude Bwoy Rum has announced a groundbreaking two-year partnership with Miami Carnival, securing the exclusive bar concession for all major events, including Junior Carnival, Panorama, J’ouvert, and the Grand Parade.

The spirit brand made the announcement in a press release on Sunday.

It said that starting on October 5, 2024, this collaboration aims to “elevate Miami Carnival with world-class cocktails and premium spirits”.

The official signing of the partnership took place recently at Miami Carnival’s offices in Miami Gardens. In attendance were Mikesha Murray, Miami Broward Carnival Future Leader Chair; Mario Zamora, Executive Director, Miami Broward Carnival; Jamaican-born Zarie Ricketts and Gary Cranston, executives of Rude Bwoy Spirits; and dancehall artiste and Rude Bwoy Spirits Brand Ambassador, Tifa.

The announcement follows Rude Bwoy Rum’s third successful year at Notting Hill Carnival, where the brand made a significant impact. Now, with Miami Carnival, Rude Bwoy is set to enhance the festivities by transforming the dancehall zone with top DJs, live acts, and a fresh new look—something revellers can eagerly anticipate at this year’s celebration, Rude Bwoy Rum said.

“We’re beyond excited to partner with Miami Carnival and bring the Rude Bwoy experience to this incredible festival. This opportunity allows us to connect with the heart of the Caribbean community, build brand awareness, and offer festival-goers an unforgettable experience,” Ricketts said.

“Our portfolio of premium spirits, including our Ultra Premium Vodka and award-winning Ultra Premium Coconut Rum, offers something for every taste. We’re not just here to serve drinks; we’re here to enhance the carnival experience. It’s all about having fun safely, and we can’t wait to contribute to the energy and excitement of Miami Carnival,” Cranston added.

Attendees can look forward to enjoying Rude Bwoy Rum’s top-tier offerings throughout the festival, from their Ultra Premium Vodka to the popular Ultra Premium Irie White and the renowned Ultra Premium Coconut Rum. Whether at J’ouvert or the Grand Parade, patrons can indulge in expertly crafted cocktails, while Rude Bwoy Rum encourages safe, responsible enjoyment throughout the festivities, the release concluded.
