Yet another fall from grace
Well let’s just get the juice of the season out of the way first and tell you about that three foot tall doctor of medicine, who floored his wife (you heard me) at that usually oh so civilized event in Ocho Rios recently. And in the event that you still need to ask, yes, he has the other two qualities!!
Thankfully another more civilized member of the once so noble profession was able to render first aid. Some likened the jab to that of Mike Tyson. Others remarked that he used to beat his other two wives. This one is wife #3.
Now that that’s out of the way, the Mutual Life Gallery opened it’s all female exhibition perhaps oh so suitably called ‘You’ve come a long way baby’.
Guest speaker, Beverly Anderson Manley, traced the journey made by us women and concluded that oppression works in no-one’s favour.
Norma Spence that sophisticated mistress of ballet took her students to tea at Norma’s and how delightful they all looked. Nice to know that at least some of the next generation are still being exposed to civility.
Some people are wondering why the son of the jeweller -with such an exclusive collection doesn’t fix his teeth. The most amazing thing others have noticed, is that he’s still able to sell. So who says you need a full mouth of teeth, to conduct business?
Negotiations are going on at Liguanea Club. One thing’s for sure the place is in dire need of youthful vigour.
The Union Bank head has snatched himself a beautiful doctor. Not too sure if he too has taken up jogging.
A bientot!
