I want to glow!
Four new friends — melon, mango, avocado and water. If these do not help, I don’t know what will.

Could you be bipolar?
The symptoms of bipolarity cannot be controlled by the person who experiences them. The onset of the symptoms are instantaneous, intense, and can only be controlled with medication. It is very easy to label someone as bipolar when in fact the person is quite normal. Someone who changes their mind regarding a given set of conditions, for example, is not bipolar. Many ignorant people use this label to describe someone when they want to abuse the person; also in political situations when they want to rob the person of credibility.
There are times when people find themselves in a pressure-cooker situation and the normal reaction of anger and frustration can be mistaken for bipolarity. It is not necessarily so, because upon release of the “pressure cooker”, the symptoms are no longer exhibited.

Tired, stressed, alone and miserable
This young lady needs to evaluate her self-worth. It seems to me she has no problem playing second fiddle, but has a major problem when a third person is in the picture. She started the relationship on the wrong footing, so it is best for her to exit and start over again with someone new. Allowing someone to cheat on you is a sign of weakness.

She needs no help. All the signs were before her but she chose to work with it. She needs to start loving herself and look after the child. The moment you start sharing someone you will always be sharing. Some things aren’t meant to be shared.

Signs he’s lying to you about cheating
Both men and women lie. Here is an example of the difference — Men: It wasn’t me, Women: It’s your baby.

Wifey? No way!
Most women these days are simply not marriage material. They are good for a little fun, but most are so damaged emotionally from past relationships that they are unable to maintain normal, healthy relationships. Some men might fall into this category, but men are typically better able to move on without carrying all of the emotional baggage from past relationships into their new relationships.

Crazy for you
The craziest thing I’ve ever seen done by a woman is tattooing my friend’s name on her ankle after knowing him for a month, to profess her love. The craziest thing I’ve seen a man do is spend all his money in a club trying to impress a woman. The next day he didn’t even have a dollar to pay towards rent or gas in the car.
