Is it cheating if we just text?
SHOULD you feel guilty if you are flirting with someone in text messages or on social media? It’s only messages, so what harm can it really do?
In fact, to toy with someone while you made a commitment to be loyal to someone else is not only disrespectful to your partner, but it can also cause problems for your relationship. Cheating begins in the mind – everything begins with a thought before it is brought to full manifestation.
Once you start flirting with someone else other than your partner, whether it is text messages or in person, you are indeed considered to be unfaithful. And don’t be fooled — the person you are on this rendezvous with will no doubt be judging you too, and labelling you as untrustworthy!
