Is he hiding something?
It has been encrypted within us to act on gut feelings. In fact, trusting one’s instincts when something feels off usually results in confirmation that something is wrong. But can this be applied to our relationships? What if you feel deep within your soul that a man has some deep, dark secret? Should you dig deeper or leave it alone until the truth surfaces? How do you know he’s hiding something?
He gets you a gift for no reason
It can be a romantic move, but could also be a suspicious act if your man has always been thrifty. One way men cover their tracks is with gifts to play on women’s emotions. It also assuages him from his guilt.
He starts pointing fingers at you
One way human beings deal with guilt is highlighting the guilt of someone else. So he may come in the house and pick a fight with you to get you irritated and angry and then he will lash out at you for something you never did. It is reverse psychology.
He plays the victim
If he acts like he lives for you and avoids taking responsibility for his wrongs, he is probably hiding something. When a man has nothing to hide he confronts his wrongs and handles his business.
He starts saying he doesn’t deserve you
A man who did something and is guilty will start making it seem like his woman is at fault by telling her indirectly and even directly that she has too many standards.
He changes the topic at the discussion table
If he is straying from the questions about his whereabouts, other women, or where his money is going, he is probably 99.9 per cent guilty of infidelity. No one slips or avoids speaking on issues if they have absolutely nothing to hide.
