Kids run for charity
THE 21st staging of the Sagicor Sigma Corporate Run, which took place last Sunday, was a huge success for organisers as they surpassed their $52-million target to raise over $52.4 million for the three beneficiaries this year — The Lupus Foundation of Jamaica, Diabetes Association of Jamaica, and the May Pen Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. They also broke their registration record with over 27,000 people signing up for the annual charity road race. Among the many adult participants were some excited and enthusiastic little ones, who were having a fun time along the race route. Here are some highlights:
