ST JAMES, Jamaica — Last Sunday, it was a sea of green, now Sam Sharpe Square in Montego Bay is orange.

In about an hour from now the People’s National Party (PNP) will stage what is expected to be its final mass rally ahead of the September 3 General Election.

In addition to the main address from PNP President Mark Golding, speakers include former party president Peter Phillips, Julian Robinson, Dr Alfred Dawes and a number of the party’s candidates from western Jamaica.
