Balkis Johnson, one of the top women wine professionals in Napa Valley. As a leader in the wine industry, she combines expertise and passion to create unforgettable experiences. Hailing from humble beginnings in Berwick, St Catherine, Jamaica, Johnson, the youngest of six, has always been passionate about charting her course. Wine is the nexus she used to bridge her heritage with her passion for creating memories authentically.
Her creativity and passion have been displayed locally and internationally, from being the event manager who launched the Caribbean’s first Ice bar at Coral Cliff, to now leading the only immersive cinematic experience for wine in Napa Valley, as the newly appointed Director of Hospitality for Heitz Estate and Ink Grade, Napa Valley.
