Accused killer in ‘love triangle’ arrested, charged
ST ANN, Jamaica – A 34-year-old man from Goshen, Browns Town in St Ann has been charged with murder following the June 5 killing of 20-year-old Qwon Campbell.
He has been identified as Roudare Harris.
Harris, who was brought in to the St Anns police on Tuesday by his attorney Oswest Senior Smith, was charged following a question and answer session on Thursday.
According to the police report, Campbell went to a nightclub in the town where he reportedly saw his girlfriend and Harris in a compromising position.
An argument developed between Campbell and his girlfriend. It is alleged that they both left the club and went across the road to the Brown’s Town market where the argument escalated.
Reports are that Harris intervened in the argument, during which a pair of scissors came into play. Campbell was reportedly stabbed in the left side of his chest.

Campbell was taken to hospital where he died.
