Ammunition found in abandoned car in Sav

WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Lawmen assigned to the Savanna-la-Mar Police Division seized several rounds of ammunition during a targeted raid on Segree Street in Westmoreland on Friday.

Reports are that between 12 noon and 1:00 pm, an abandon motor car was searched and the following items found:

*Eighty-six 5.56 cartridges,

* Forty-nine 9mm cartridges,

*Ten 12 gauge cartridges,

*Five .38 rounds of ammunition and

*One M16 magazine.

No one was arrested in connection to the seizure.
