Cops seek assistance in murder of two sisters in Duhaney Park
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The police are appealing to the public for assistance in the shooting death of two sisters at their home on Keats Avenue in Duhaney Park, Kingston yesterday.
According to the Duhaney Park police, residents called police about 11:00 am after hearing several explosions coming from the house.
The lawmen said the responding officers found the sisters in their bedrooms suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body.
The police said both women were taken to hospital where they subsequently succumbed to their injuries.
The police are appealing to anyone with information that can assist in their investigation to contact the Major Investgation Division at 876-758-5048, 119 police emergency number or the nearest police station.
Investigators said they are awaiting the identification of the two women.
