Gas prices down $0.25, diesel down $4.50
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, February 9, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $0.25, 87-octane gasoline will be sold for $167.41 per litre while 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $171.39 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $205.84 per litre after a decrease of $4.50 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $216.52 per litre down by $4.50.
Kerosene decreased by $4.50 and will be sold for $214.29 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $70.86 per litre down by $0.25 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $76.94 per litre after an increase of $0.99.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
