KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Shericka Jackson finished third in the women’s 100m at the Bislett Games/Wanda Diamond League meet in Oslo, Norway on Thursday.
Jackson, who produced a masterclass performance at the Racers Grand Prix at the National Stadium on June 3, clocking a meet-record time of 10.78, had to settle for a 10.98 and third-place finish in Oslo.
Marie-Josée Ta Lou of Ivory Coast blazed to a world lead and meet record of 10.75 seconds for the win.
Bahamian Anthonique Stratchan clocked a new personal best of 10.92 for second.
