Kingston West Police name person of interest

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Detectives of the Kingston Western Police Division, who are investigating the murder of Mark Bennett, have named a person of interest in relation to the case.

Bennett was killed at Upper Oxford Street in Kingston on November 28, 2019.

The person of interest is Tyrone Phipps, otherwise called ‘TJ’, of Fourth Street, Kingston 12, and Molynes Road, Kingston 10. Phipps is urged to report to detectives at the Denham Town Criminal Investigations Branch by midday on Wednesday, September 28.

In addition, anyone with information that can assist the police in locating Phipps is asked to immediately contact the Denham Town CIB at 876-948-6443 or 119 police emergency number.
