Peaches Adaba gets risque with ‘Guilty Pleasure’
Dancehall artiste Peaches Adaba knew from when she was much younger that music would be her career of choice.
She makes her debut with Guilty Pleasure, a risqué song which speaks about keeping her significant other entertained. It was produced by Adaba Entertainment.
“My grandmother used to call me Peachy and my record label is Adaba. So that’s how the name came about,” she disclosed.
Her real name is Sherese Chisholm.
“Music began from as early as I can remember. I’ve always been impersonating artistes like Michael Jackson and Usher. But what I bring is authenticity and fun because I am a fun person,” said Peaches Adaba.
Asked what defines her, the former St Thomas Technical High school student said “I would say that I am a cheeky creative cultural artiste.”
Peaches Adaba, who says she wants to become a household name in music, not only locally but overseas, says her aim is to achieve what God has planned for her.
She lists Chronixx, Tarrus Riley and Destiny’s Child among her musical influences.
