A man believed to be of unsound mind was allegedly shot and killed by police in Arnett Gardens on Monday night.
Residents identified the man as Peter Francis, also known as ‘Juki’.
Angry residents of Havana in Arnett Gardens mounted a fiery roadblock for what they say was an unjust killing.
