Watch Out Fi Dis: Fraser-Pryce lands deal with popular Swiss brand Richard Mille
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaican sprint queen Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has partnered with popular Swiss watch-making brand Richard Mille.
The announcement was made via the brand’s social media platform on Tuesday.
“On your mark, get set, Go! Olympic Gold Medallist and World Champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has joined the Richard Mille family. The proud Jamaican “Pocket Rocket” and the most decorated athlete in 100m history is setting her sights on further glory at the Paris Olympics in 2024,” Richard Mille said.
The 36-year-old Fraser-Pryce has joined the likes of three-time high jump world champion Mutaz Essa Barshim of Qatar, South Africa’s Akani Simbine, German heptathlete Nafi Thiam, second fastest man over the sprint double Yohan Blake and Ukranian high jumper Yuliya Levchenko as track and field athletes to ink deals with the popular watch brand.
