shoppers flocked the streets of Port Antonio in Portland to capitalise on the hottest deals at this year's Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out (TSO). TSO is an exhilarating shopping initiative, by Jamaica's number one daily newspaper, to stimulate retail sales island-wide. Here are some highlights:
