Heartache for Thomas in 110m hurdles final

COMPLAINING of a hamstring injury, Jamaica's Dwight Thomas did not finish the race after he struck the first hurdle in the men's 110 metres hurdles final at the IAAF World Championships in Daegu, South Korea today.TVJ.

The race was eventually won by Dayron Robles of Cuba in 13.14 seconds. Richardson of the United States took silver in 13.16 and Xiang Liu of China bronze in 13.27.
