Christina Simonitsch: Outstanding Caterer of The Year & Recipient of The Enterprise Award

To say I'm feeling grateful is an understatement. Winning Caterer of the Year & The Enterprise awards is truly humbling. Every day I do what I love and I am so happy that others enjoy it as well. This year I got to work for GH Mumm and pair a few dishes with the Champagne, like the Strawberry Champagne Popsicles, Oxtail Arancini, Paté with Champagne Jelly and Charred Scotchie Shrimps. The feedback and vibes were incredible.

It has been an incredible year to date and as of the end of this month, I will be working and learning at a vegan/vegetarian Michelin-star restaurant in Vienna and I couldn't be more excited!

I'll be back as of September — a few fun things already in the pipeline.
