Saturday Vibes at the Brewery

THE Brewery, one of Montego Bay’s popular entertainment spots and restaurants, is at it again!

Following on the heels of the successful staging of the ‘Summer Hype’ promotions in June and July this year, the facility will tonight launch its ‘Saturday Vibes’ party.

According to assistant manager, Colin Scarlett, locals and visitors to the island are looking forward to a variety of entertainment, and so, the Brewery has decided to take the lead.

Tonight’s ‘Vibes’ party will feature the popular Pure Playazz Music, and a host of entertainers will ‘pass through’ to keep the ‘Vibes’ flowing.

Admission is $300, however, the first 20 ladies to arrive at the venue will enter free of cost.

‘Lock Down Jam’ at Trelawny Beach Hotel Tonight

THE Trelawny Beach Hotel and Fun Resort closes its door next Monday for three months, in order to facilitate major refurbishing work at the Resort.

And come tonight, the clerical and supervisory workers will stage a special ‘send off’ party, dubbed ‘lock down jam’ at the hotel’s ballroom. The fete, however, is open to the public and begins at 9:00 pm. Scorpion Disco will provide the music and admission is $100. Proceeds from the fete will go towards hotel’s social club.

Sparkles for A&B Complex, next Tuesday

THE Muffin models present a big entertainment jam called ‘Sparkles’, at the A&B Complex on Market Street in Montego Bay next Tuesday.

The session, which is expected to be filled with much glitter and glamour, will feature the Hard Copy models, Platinum Girls and the popular Guns and Roses models.

Allan Ranks will do the emcee duty, and music will be provided by INXS.

GT Taylor for Holiday Rocks

POPULAR radio personality GT Taylor, the dancehall master, will take his Aggregation Sound to the Holiday Rocks Lawn in Roehampton, St James on September 22.

Special guest DJ will be Terry Ganzie, who has not performed in this part of the island for a very long time.

The popular Goofy Brothers dancers will also appear on the show, which gets underway at 9:00 pm.
