ENTERTAINMENT OUT WEST
Baltimore Patriot III comes to MoBay
Yet another attraction has been added to the Montego Bay entertainment scene.
The adventurous among us will get a chance to embark on a midnight cruise across Montego Bay’s harbour and coastline, aboard an 85-foot, 100-ton motor vessel called the Baltimore Patriot III.
The vessel, which was featured in the movie Enemy of the State starring Will Smith and Gene Hackman, can accommodate up to 300 patrons and sails every Saturday night from Pier 1.
And come October 11, there will be a special cruise across Montego Bay’s harbour, which will feature the ‘oldies sound’ of yesteryear by Star Lord Disco.
Saturday Vibes Party continues at the Brewery tonight
The Saturday night ‘Vibes’ party that kicked off at the Brewery recently, continues tonight with the return of the Xclamation Disco out of Mandeville.
According to assistant manager at the Brewery, Colin Scarlett, tonight’s event should be another fun-filled event. He said that when Xclamation played at the Brewery last month, patrons had a very good time. He added that tonight should be no different.
Pieces Disco for Margueritaville tonight
The special Margueritaville promotion dubbed ‘September 2 Remember’ climaxes tonight with the Pieces Disco out of Montego Bay and features Deejays Shinehead and Tonymental.
The fun starts at 10:00 pm and admission is $400.
Dirty Diana for MoBay
Dirty Diana, the hit comedy, moves to the Montego Bay Community College tomorrow night, after sold-out performances in Sav-la-mar and Ocho Rios last weekend.
Directed by Trevor Nairne, Dirty Diana features veteran actor Charles Hyatt, Glen Campbell, Denise Hunt and USA acting sensation, Dexter Hammett.
The show begins at 7:00 pm and admission is $300.
That’s it for entertainment news this week. Until next week go out and have some fun.
