Falmouth, Trelawny – The body count continues to swell as gang rivalry escalates in the normally peaceful town of Falmouth, Trelawny.
The latest victim of the tit-for-tat among rival factions is an unemployed man who was beaten to death Sunday evening by gangsters at a barbershop in Race Course.

According to Constable Patrick Chin of the Constabulary Communication Network (CCN), Harris, accompanied by his younger sister, went to the barbershop for a haircut.
While he was being attended to, a group of men from the community dragged him from the barber chair and used sticks and stones to inflict blows all over his body.
Harris’ sister screamed for help, at which point the men ran away leaving Harris unconscious. The young man died while undergoing surgery at the Falmouth Hospital, to become the 10th victim of gang rivalry in the coastal capital.
