Supreme Ventures execs at world gaming forum
A team of Supreme Ventures senior executives, including president and chief executive Brian George and chairman Paul Hoo, is now in Washington DC participating in an international gaming forum focusing on the impact of changing consumer lifestyles on the industry.
The 11th annual World Leaders Forum, which opened yesterday and closes Thursday at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, is being hosted by GTECH Corporation, the global information technology company whose core market is the lottery industry.
GTECH Corporation, which operates 70 per cent of the world’s online lottery business and serves over 100 clients on six continents, is the parent company of GTECH Jamaica, Supreme Ventures’ technology partner.
George will make a presentation as a panelist at the forum, which is being attended by hundreds of high-level government and private sector officials.
Other presentations are being made by leaders both inside and outside the gaming and entertainment industries.
New, successful marketing initiatives, technological offerings from instant to online games, as well as interactive, monitor and video lottery gaming are among the developments being discussed.
“It is important that Supreme Ventures remains fully integrated in the firmament of the global gaming industry, as our future plans for growth extend outside Jamaica’s shores,” said George prior to his departure for Washington.
Included in the Supreme Ventures delegation are deputy chairman Ian Levy, and board members Jeanette Stewart, Paul Mouttet and John Graham.
