79-year-old victim of hit-and-run accident
KITSON TOWN, St Catherine – Everald Wilson of Willis Hill, Kitson Town, 79, was killed after he was hit by a motor car on the Kitson Town main road in St Catherine Sunday.
The police report that Wilson was walking along the road at about 6:45 pm, when he was hit by a white Nissan motor car, but did not say how they knew the make of the car.
The driver did not stop, said the Constabulary Communication Network.
The elderly man sustained multiple injuries and died on the spot.
Investigators from the Spanish Town police traffic department are probing the motor death.
