Clarendon businessman murdered
A crowd gathers outside Randolph Turner’s shop and bar in Palmer’s s Cross, Clarendon where he was shot dead yesterday morning by a group of criminals.
Police said the murderers went into Turner’s store at about 8:30 am pretending to be customers before shooting him.
The gunmen left the scene in a car, but one of them dropped a .380 pistol and a magazine with bullets.
Turner was known in the parish for promoting the weekly ‘Your Turn’ series of round robin parties held on Sundays.
