Portmore traffic flows fairly easily
PORTMORE motorists, despite the reopening of schools, experienced one of their best days yesterday as they travelled from the municipality to Kingston with little to worry about as traffic moved freely for most part along the toll road.
However, those who opted to use the Mandela Highway had to cope with a few delays, but nothing compared to the two-hour wait that some experienced when the toll road opened two months ago and residents of the community called for its boycott.
