THERE is a steady buzz building around the most anticipated show for the Christmas season – Garfield’s Christmas Wonderland scheduled to be held on the grounds of Hope Gardens from Friday, December 18 – Sunday, December 20.

“We have been receiving a lot of phone calls about the event. Parents are excited about the chance of coming out to lyme in this kind of atmosphere, where the entire family can have a day of wholesome entertainment,” said Peter Shoucair of Electro Tech Productions – producers of the one- ofa-kind event.

That’s not the only fun that will be in store for the young and young at heart. Over the three days there will be tons of activities for the entire family to partake of.

Attractions at the park will include amazing lighting sponsored by JPS, Candy Land, Santa’s Village, Scotiabank’s interactive children’s lounge, KFC Chicky’s Land and games, DC Comic Cartoon Characters, Local Characters, Live Garfield the Cat Show for Kids, Rides and Games, Honey Bun’s Ginger Bread House, Petting Zoo, Yoga Classes for Kids, Jamaica Observer Booth/Christmas Tree, Coco Jam Lounge, Café Blue Chill Area, Facepainting, Picture-taking, Chubby’s amusement park and Fruta’s Lounge area. and so much more.

The Garfield’s live show will be done twice per day and added to the entertainment mix will be live 60-minute theatre, limited seating will be available for this one.

Patrons need not worry as their will be tight security with designated parking only at Jamaica College and Hope Gardens by Hope Pastures Entrance with safe and comfortable Shuttle Service to and from venue as well as many ushers to provide assistance.
