Jamaica Pegasus ‘Best Kept Secret’ Daryl Daley and Kareema Matthews Medical Doctors
THEY say a medical doctor is never truly “off duty”, but for doctors Daryl Daley and Kareema Matthews when they’re not tending to patients they write their own prescription, “a double dose of the Jamaica Pegasus”.
