Hmmm let’s see now. My day cannot start without savouring two mugs of coffee. There is then my Shakti morning workout that jump-starts my system and provides the right combination of spin, weights and pilates needed to energise and fuel my body for the long day ahead, ending with my daily Shakti Yoga practice that restores, revitalises and delivers the mental clarity, ease and calm I need to ensure a healthy mind-body-spirit balance. Fortnightly mani-pedis, facials and full-body massages cannot be compromised as they afford that ‘feel good’ feeling and are a part of life’s ‘natural’ maintenance. The sun’s energising and restorative properties make trips to Lime Cay pure delight, pleasure and ‘salvation’. Best of all though, is the 24×7 ‘grounding’, connection and availability that I have with my Digicel BlackBerry while I do any of the above… Internet connection, full Outlook access, emails, calendar, contact list, files and folders and the ability to respond to my local and regional customers and staff, international business partners and Trinidad head office anywhere and anytime I wish!
