When it came time to choose a venue for their wedding celebration there was no question – Half Moon was the location of choice for Sunil and Paula Stephenson.

A native Montegonian, Paula had been visiting Half Moon for over eight years. The landscape, space and picturesque vistas became infused in Paula’s dream for her big day. Of course, knowing first-hand the culinary masterpieces produced by Half Moon’s chefs made convincing Sunil a “piece of cake”.

An indoor wedding reception was a must for the couple’s December, 12, wedding. With a 12,000 square-foot ballroom, The Cornwall Room, accommodating a cocktail reception, formal dinner and after-party for over 200 guests was seamless. So with the magician’s touch of the resort’s on-site floral designer, Paulette Henry, who happens to be her mother, along with the precision-focused attention of the Half Moon event team, no detail was overlooked.

When asked to recall the most memorable part of her wedding day, a still-beaming Paula gushed, “Everything!”
