Lindsay Lohan parties until 7am after alcohol education class

As part of her probation for driving under the influence, Lindsay Lohan has to attend court-ordered alcohol education lessons.

So after finding out about the dangers of drinking, Lohan apparently shrugged off anything she had learned and headed out for an all-night bender. Celebrating the Mexican holiday Cinco De Mayo, the 23-year-old finally ended her epic night out at 7:15am yesterday morning. The Mean Girls started her Wednesday night with her mother Dina at the Las Palmas nightclub in Hollywood.

After the pair celebrated the Latin festival until 2:30am, Lohan parted ways with her mum and headed off to nightclub owner Darren Dziencoli’s Beverly Hills home, where she continued partying until after sunrise. Leaving Dziencoli’s home at 7:15am, a worse for wear Lohan looked more than ready for bed as she hurried into her chauffeur-driven car home. Despite wearing a pair of wedge heels with her black hotpants and leopard-print top, Lohan fortunately kept her balance as she tottered out of her friend’s house.

The actress claimed she is “the most clumsy person in the world” after she was photographed falling over several times during nights out in recent weeks. On Wednesday afternoon, Lohan attended an alcohol education lesson in Los Angeles as part of her probation from her 2007 conviction for cocaine use and driving under the influence. Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley had to deny reports this week that Lohan had been missing her classes. He said: “Ms Lohan is on track to complete her alcohol programme within the time frame set by the judge, and any classes she missed were made up for.”

Lohan is set to attend a progress hearing on May 20.

Kim K plugs slimming product

Jessica Simpson famously proved high-waisted jeans can be incredibly unflattering on a curvy figure. But Kim Kardashian decided to rewrite the rules during a promotional appearance in Sherman Oaks, California, yesterday. The shapely reality TV star poured her figure into skintight denims with sailor-style brass buttons that came right up her midriff. To the surprise of onlookers, she miraculously managed to pull off the “mom jeans” look with aplomb. She was joined at the event by her sister Khloe, 25, who at 5ft 10in towered over her 5ft 2in sibling. The celebrity sisters were plugging QuickTrim slimming product at a local Rite Aid pharmacy. Side effects of QuickTrim include insomnia, diarrhoea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headache, loss of appetite, raised blood pressure and increased heart rate.

Fallon says he hopes to keep the Emmys classy

Jimmy Fallon’s main goal for hosting this year’s Emmy Awards is to keep it classy.

The 35-year-old was named last week as the host of the Aug. 29 show honouring the best of prime-time television. “I just want to make it a classy, fun event,” Fallon said. “I remember watching the Emmys every year at home. My mom would dress up in a gown and give acceptance speeches.” The late night talk show host wants the telecast to be an event to get excited about. “It should be fun.

Have an Emmy party at your house,” he suggested. Fallon has a lot going on. He attended the White House Correspondent’s Dinner on Saturday and was a guest at the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit on Monday night in New York.
