Sagicor honours 48 long-service employees
SAGICOR Life Jamaica on Friday honoured long-service employees for their dedication and loyalty to the company.
At a ceremony which took place at the Pavilion at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel in Kingston, awards were presented to 48 persons whose years of service range from 15 to 40 years.
The guest speaker for the event was Dr R Danny Williams, his first event in his new role as chairman.
The only awardee with 40 years of service was Bruce Lyn, who has given uninterrupted service to the company since October 1, 1969, moving from the Manufacturers Life Insurance Company Jamaica to Island Life Insurance Co, which was acquired by Life of Jamaica Limited in 2003, now Sagicor Life Jamaica.
