Montego Bay Boys Club hunt semis
MONTEGO BAY, St James — Montego Bay Boys Club will need only to avoid a loss against Juniors FC in their round three cross-zone game at the UDC field today to secure the first semi-final place in the St James Football Association’s Claro Division One competition.
The game will also be a clash between zone leaders, as Juniors FC lead Zone A with 18 points, while Boys Club lead Zone B with 25 and a draw today would ensure they cannot finish lower than second and would ensure a spot in the semi-final.
Boys Club are coming off a 5-0 thrashing of Copperwood in their previous third-round game, while Juniors FC were held 0-0 by Champions FC and will be gunning for their first win in this round.
At Albion, Champions, second in Zone B, will start favourites to beat Upsetters, who are at the bottom of Zone A.
