All-Island U-13 High School Netball Rally on today
ST HUGH’S will be seeking another hold on the 2010 ISSA/Digicel All-Island Under-13 High School Netball Rally Championships when they face nine other teams today at Clarendon Park Courts, starting at 9:30 am.
The Kingston-based-St Hugh’s, coached by Phillip St Marie, will also be going for the double as last week Thursday they captured the Urban Area title.
Ten schools are scheduled to play in the Playoff Rally Championships to become the top Under-13 team. The other schools who have qualified from the Urban Area Rally are The Queen’s, Hydel and Holy Childhood.
Schools taking part from the Central Region following their rally competition are Denbigh High, Bishop Gibson, Edwin Allen and Kemp’s Hill, while from the Western Region Rally competition are Anchovy and Montego Bay High.
Meanwhile, St Hugh’s defeated The Queen’s 7-5 to retain their Urban Area High School Under-13 title at the Leila Robinson Courts, Independence Park last Wednesday.
