And what’s the best thing about being in banking? Well, as a lawyer and someone who loves making deals, being involved in banking allows me to understand and structure deals from a completely different perspective than a strictly legal one.
What are your favourite home comforts?
My Gemini CDM 3600 dual CD mixer, (I’m a frustrated DJ)… and MyBooks. (And running water, now that the drought is over).

What’s your advice to a first-time visitor to Kingston? Visit the National Gallery, watch cricket on the Mound at Sabina Park, and do a small restaurant/cookshop tour of the city. Take a little time to get to know the people too. It’s the people that make Jamaica a great place.
What’s your philosophy?
An African proverb I heard once encapsulates it best: Life has meaning only in the struggle. Victory or loss is in the hands of the gods. So let us celebrate the struggle.
