“I’ve tried Botox but it scares me”
During her early days as one of the world’s most successful models, Cindy Crawford vowed never to turn to cosmetic surgery, but at 44, the star admits she has changed her views. The mother-of-two has confessed to using Botox to help fight the ageing process, and hasn’t ruled out going under the knife.
Cindy, who has a son Presley, 11 and daughter Kaia, 8, says: ‘When I was 30 I might have said, “I’m going to age in a way that honours time and is completely natural, but I’m no longer so highbrow about it.’ She tells Ladies’ Home Journal: ‘I’ve tried Botox but it scares me. Plastic surgery is really scary, but as long as you don’t use these things to change your face, I think it’s okay.’
However, she also insists: ‘I don’t expect to look the way that I used to’. Adding: ‘I do have cellulite. So much of your life you spend trying to prove yourself, trying to make things happen, trying to get somewhere else, but then you get into your late ’30s and ’40s and realise life is pretty amazing.

Catfight breaks out as Gossip Girl stars film in Paris
They are best pals and occasional rivals on hit TV show Gossip Girl, but there was nothing friendly about Serena van der Woodsen and Blair Waldorf in these Parisian scenes. During a heated argument, mean girl Blair, played by Leighton Meester, ended up pushing Blake Lively’s character Serena into the fountain, soaking her designer outfit. The actresses were filming the scenes on Friday night for the forthcoming series of the US drama.
However, on closer inspection, it would appear that a body double may have been used during the water scene, as the girl pictured looks a little different from 22-year-old Lively. In the past, Lively has had to refute claims that she and her co-star Meester are not friendly off set. ‘It’s absurd. We get along so well,’ she told Cosmopolitan. Which is just as well seeing as the actresses have to work so closely together. After Friday night’s shoot they were up again, filming the last Paris scenes in daylight, with Meester looking striking in a stunning floor length orange gown.
The new series will air in the US this autumn.

Usher sings in Chinese in China debut concert
Usher sang in Chinese, briefly, during his China debut concert Saturday in Beijing. The R&B superstar sang one of Asian pop sensation Wang Lihong’s songs in Chinese, and the two also collaborated on Usher’s number one hit OMG.
”I wanted to make a great impression, so I wanted to do something very special,” Usher said. ”After hearing (Wang’s) music, I wanted to collaborate with him.” The American recording artist said he went to China because he knew there is an audience there for him. He arrived in Beijing from Manila. He also said he discovered that while audiences in the United States sing along as loudly as they can, a crowd in Asia can be more quiet out of respect for the singer.
Usher’s is the first big foreign concert tour to perform in China this year. Next month he will be releasing eight new songs on a new disc, Versus, which will also be released on a special deluxe version of Raymond V Raymond, which was released in March.
