Nomaddz Unplugged for Heather’s
Hot on the heels of their Emancipation Park album launch before hundreds of fans new and old, Nomaddz continues The Trod on Friday July 30 with an unplugged acoustic performance at Heather’s Garden Restaurant located at 12 Haining Road, New Kingston.
Billed as the first of a new Unplugged Series at Heathers, Nomaddz Unplugged will see the group perform in their elementary format of acoustic four part harmony accompanied by percussionist Christopher Downer and group member Oniel Peart on guitar.
According to creative director of The Nomaddic Movement, Sheldon Shepherd, the Heather’s unplugged performance will be an extension of the Emancipation Park experience, and will simply “continue the delivery of our musical spectrum to our Kingston fans”.
The event will kicks off at 8pm sharp and fans can expect much more than a performance. Fans will receive on entry a copy of the group’s live album aptly titled The Trod.
Sponsors include Heathers Garden Restaurant, Red Redcords, D Bisasor & Associates, The Reggae News Corporation and Guru Sounds.
