It varies… just having great conversation and lots of fun. There’s no ideal place for me, it’s all about the chemistry between us.

Does he exist? He must be a gentleman who is considerate, who shows he cares about people without trying to impress me. And it doesn’t hurt if he’s six feet tall.

Being able to have a patient who is really sick do heart surgery and feel like a whole new person afterwards.

My father gave it to me, he said: ‘Always believe you can achieve whatever you want.’
What projects are you currently working on?
Establishing my private practice, and setting up a cardiac unit at the Cornwall Regional Hospital.
And 10 years from now?
Hopefully I’d be established in my practice, the lab at the hospital would be completely state-of-the-art and I’d be immersed in family life.
