Camille Davis is currently on stage in Puppy Love with the King of Comedy, Oliver Samuels, and fellow actress Dahlia Harris, and says she is enjoying every moment of it. “Being back on stage with Oliver is a real treat, it is such a great environment and a great play.” But for many the line that will stick in their heads comes from another production — “here, yuh goin’ need the phone battery” — her funny lines from Easy Street, which closed at local theatres recently.

When this 20-something year-old is not on stage causing audiences to double up with laughter, she admits she is a regular ‘girly girl’, who loves shopping and fashion.

“My style is comfortable, funky, fresh, unique colourful pieces,” she asserts. “On a regular day I am very comfortable — jeans, top and sandals — but I love going out and getting all dressed up.”

Davis says, “I love chic, sexy dresses, and when they are teamed with the right pair of shoes, really make the outfit come alive — I really love shoes!”

Her work schedule sees her overseas quite a lot, and therefore she catches up on shopping there, but did admit to purchasing some “really nice ‘unmentionables'”at Collectibles in Kingston on one of her recent local shopping binges.

When it comes to fragrances, Davis is currently splashing Flowers by Kenzo. “It’s fresh, clean, fun and long-lasting. Its the kind of perfume you put on when going out and it lasts all day without being overpowering.”
