STEPPING INTO FNO

The excitement heightens with Fashion’s Night Out just a week away as storeowners and consumers alike anticipate the global shopping extravaganza. We feature today a few more FNO participating stores — from Mall and Village Plazas in Half-Way-Tree to St Jago Plaza and Sagicor Shopping Centre in Spanish Town.

Rituals

Rituals coffee house located on Mall Plaza is a welcome addition to the complex with their rich coffee, varied selection of teas and delectable eats. They too are a part of FNO and will open their doors until 10:00 pm to offer discounted treats to their customers.

Xtras

Last year’s FNO created quite a stir in Kingston and storeowners in the Half-Way-Tree area remember it well. Cosmo Vassell, manager of Xtras jewellery store, says he is looking forward to FNO as the support from the customers last year was tremendous. Xtras will be offering 15-70 per cent off all items for FNO.

Child’s Play, Mall Plaza

With the back-to-school season upon us, Child’s Play is one of the places to shop for FNO as they will be offering from 5-30 per cent off everything. Take advantage of the incredible deals as they offer just about everything that your child needs for school and beyond.

Juneplum & Changes boutiques, Mall Plaza

Juneplum and Changes boutiques offer a variety of fashionable apparel for children, young adults and career women who want to make a statement. Both stores were participants in FNO last year and look forward to another highly supported event. Speaking to Thursday Life Ramona Guy, manager of Juneplum, disclosed that both stores will be offering 20-70 per cent discounts as well as giveaways for FNO. “We are definitely very excited about being a part of FNO once again; we are just a little apprehensive about the date being so close to the back-to-school period. However, we do hope that the date will not affect things as much,” she said.

Big Buy, Sagicor Shopping Centre

“We are really looking forward to Fashion’s Night Out and we hope that it will be as highly supported as it was last year. Our locations in Kingston, Portmore and Spanish Town will be open until 10:00 pm offering 5-50 per cent off everything to our customers,” said Lambert Fearon, manager.

Real Deal Jewellers, Sagicor Shopping Centre

Real Deal Jewellers located at the Sagicor Shopping Centre is yet another FNO participating store and owner and operator Deepak Daswani is eagerly anticipating the global shopping extravaganza. “I am really looking forward to it, I hope it will be a success because last year’s FNO was really good and I’m happy to see that more locations are involved now. I’m planning to give 10 – 50 per cent discounts off everything for the night, so I hope it will be good,” he told Thursday Life.

Top a Top Fashions, Discount Gifts & Jewellers and Discount Appliances & TV Depot, St Jago PlazaOwner and operator Kailash Manghnani will open his three stores located at St Jago Plaza, Spanish Town for FNO and offer up to 30 per cent discounts on all items displayed for the night.
