What are your earliest memories of Kingston?
The freedom to walk the streets, walk from school, walk from parties at 3:00 am, and walk to and from church freely.
What do you miss when you’re not in Kingston?
The tranquility of my home and family.
What are your favourite home comforts?
Sitting in my wife’s garden at night thinking about the issues of the day and the future of Jamaica.
Also, reading a good book and enjoying my comfort food — a cup of hot Milo and a cheese sandwich at nights.
What would you do if you were Mayor of Kingston for a day?
Given, say, six months’ advance notice, I would solicit the funding from corporate Jamaica in Kingston and plan and execute a massive clean-up campaign from Harbour View to Riverton, and leave a programme to sustain the drive.

Planning the charity event, A Starry Night, slated for Friday, December 3 at Jamaica House. The proceeds will support The Mount Olivet Boys’ Home and The Pringle Home.
What upsets you?
Disorganisation and crude behaviour.
