China auto sales to top 18 million in 2010
SHANGHAI, China (AP) — China’s official Xinhua News Agency says the country’s auto sales will likely top 18 million vehicles this year after exceeding 16.4 million by the end of November.
It cites data yesterday from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers that sales in the world’s largest car market are likely to grow by more than 30 per cent this year.
China, this year, surpassed the US as the world’s largest automobile market.
