Singer treats herself to shoes as celebrities hit the stores for some last-minute Christmas gifts

It would appear that Rihanna has managed to do all her Christmas shopping, because unlike a lot of us a few days before December 25, the singer certainly didn’t look as though she was panicking about that last-minute gift for a great-aunt or second cousin as she casually strolled round the shops.

In fact, she seemed so confident that she’d got everything that she even found time to leisurely try on several pairs of shoes and test out some make-up as she wandered round Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. The 22-year-old was snapped trying on some strappy heels and sandals, suggesting she may be off to sunnier climes in her homeland Barbados this Christmas as they certainly weren’t footwear suitable for chilly Los Angeles. Rihanna, who was dressed in leggings, heels, a black hooded jacket and a red baseball cap, then stopped at the cosmetics department where she tested out some concealer. But while she may not have been too concerned about getting last-minute presents, not too far away, her fellow A-listers were hitting the shops in full force. Newly-wed Nicole Ritchie was seen also strolling around the shoe department of Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, but didn’t seem to be looking for anything in particular. Barneys New York seemed to be a Christmas shopping favourite among the Hollywood stars, as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jennifer Garner were also snapped there picking up their last-minute bits and pieces.

The Hills star says she has been left with unsightly marks and even deep grooves all over her body, with bald patches in her hair and uneven lumps from liposuction. “The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable,” Heidi said. “But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek. People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body.” In an exclusive photoshoot for Life & Style magazine in the US, the 24-year-old showed off the ill effects of her surgery. She revealed a two-inch-long raised blemish under her chin from her chin reduction, two caterpillar-size bald spots along her hairline from a brow lift, a jagged line behind her ears from having them pinned back, lumpy legs and four spots on her lower back and below the buttocks from botched liposuction, a bright-red mark inside her right nostril, uneven boobs, a stretched mark on her chest and deep scars around her nipples from a second boob job.
