LAST Saturday, the Constant Spring Golf Club was transformed to accommodate Musique 2011. The entrance of venue was appropriately decorated with red and black depicting the thematic colours.

Patrons were greeted by promotion girls and refreshments were readily available and mixed to their preferences.

The organisers experienced a few challenges initially involving the generator used to supply power from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. As a result, both the music as well as the lights in certain sections of the venue went out, but the issue was quickly resolved.

TEENage must, however, give credit where it’s due, as at midnight the crowd started arriving in larger groups, all glitches were resolved and it was then that Musique started to take the shape of a vibe-filled event.

The ladies and gents were shown in the best light by a stylish laser lighting effect stretching across the dance floor.

Although it had a slow start, Musique developed into an entertaining event and filled with fun with music from Richie Ras, Coppershot and ZJ Chrome. Promoters DANCE Concepts and Flawless Productions really delivered as patrons left satisfied.
